Financial accountant

Your responsibilities encompass various financial aspects, including daily financial tasks, assisting with audits, and preparing financial reports. You will also actively contribute to budget planning and forecasts for all departments within the company, offering valuable financial analyses and insights to support decision-making. As part of long-term financial planning, you will play a crucial role in shaping financial policies and procedures, ensuring efficient financial processes and compliance with regulations.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing daily financial tasks and liaising with various departments.
• Assisting in audit planning, financial reporting, and engagement with external auditors.
• Contributing to monthly reports, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
• Actively collaborating with departments to provide clear financial analyses for decision-making.
• Participating in long-term financial planning, initiating improvements, and supporting the management team in financial strategies.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• You have a minimum of 3-7 years of relevant work experience in Accounting and/or Auditing.
• You possess qualities such as persistence, assertiveness, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in both spoken and written English, with proficiency in Dutch being a plus.
