Customer service German / Polish

The daily activities consist of answering customer questions via telephone, chat and e-mail. The questions include information about orders, the status of orders, requests for returns. You also provide general information if the customer requests. The function does not involve direct sales.

You are the first point of contact for the client, that is why it is important that you are fully customer-oriented and providing service is self-evident to you.

Before you start you will receive a training from the client. Here you will be familiarized with the products and services of one project.

Our client provides digital and physical supply chain solutions to many of the world’s leading brands across a diverse range of industries. With a global footprint the Company’s solutions and services are designed to improve end-to-end supply chains. The Customer Care Centre is based in Apeldoorn.

- You master the German en Polish language fluently in word and writing (required)
- You master the English language in word and in writing (main spoken language within the company) (required)
- You are customer-oriented (required)
- You have experience with customer service activities (desired)
- You have experience with CRM systems (desired)
- You are available Monday and Friday between 14 pm - 18 pm 

- Working hours are Monday-Friday between 14-18 pm
- You work from home
- €11,16 per hour

In the first instance it concerns work during upcoming three months. With good cooperation there are possibilities for the longer term, this is done in consultation with the client.

It is a full-time job. Part-time is negotiable.
