About the function
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this part-time warehouse role, you’ll support two different departments based on what you enjoy:
🔹 Returns Department – Inspect returned items (like clothing or shoes) to ensure they’re in good condition and match the return order. It’s light, hands-on work where attention to detail matters.
🔹 Packing Department (Paula’s Choice) – Handle small cosmetic items, label them, and carefully repackage them. It’s a calm and clean environment with premium products.
Your Schedule – Flexible & Part-Time
We know how important flexibility is, so we offer 2-shift rotations that you can adjust to fit your life. You’ll work a minimum of 24 hours per week, but you have control over your days and hours.
While the shifts include some evening hours, you'll still have plenty of time to enjoy your personal life. Plus, if you like the idea of earning a bit more, you can choose to work the night shift for extra pay!
Shift times & bonuses:
- Evening shift (14:00 – 22:00): +20%
- Night shift (22:00 – 06:00): +30%
